This was a good recipe, but the outcome was slightly disappointing. The cookies taste nice, but they are very very sticky. They are also very crumbly which makes eating them a sticky messy venture, but they are a nice treat.
I think if I was to make these again I would have a look at how I could make them more sturdy.
