We used this yummy recipe several times and decorated our cakes differently each time. Our favourite was Polar Bears Paw cupcakes which we dipping the iced cake into coconut shavings and using smarties as pads, the coconut worked really well with the sweetness of the buttercream.
We decided to make these cupcakes again on Daddy’s request but added raisins to the cake mixture and food colouring to the buttercream icing. They were a real hit! Robbie loved cracking and mixing the eggs.
